These Standards are in conformity and are to be used in conjunction with the Apprenticeship Rules, Apprenticeship Act, The National Apprenticeship Act, 29 U.S.C. (United State Code) 50; Apprenticeship Programs, Title 29 Part 29 C.F.R. (Code of Federal Regulations); and Equal Employment Opportunity in Apprenticeship and Training, Title 29 Part 30 C.F.R. which govern employment and training in apprentice-able occupations. This information is for purposes of ensuring compliance with the apprenticeship laws identified above.
